- 1 banana – sliced
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 15 g (⅛ cup) sliced almonds
- 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground vanilla bean

Overnight oats
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Put the mixture in an airtight container and place in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, take the overnight oats out from the refrigerator, give them a good stir and enjoy.
- If you want, you can top your oats off with some fresh fruit for an extra level of fun.
Naturally, you don’t need to make overnight oats out of this recipe; you can also prepare oatmeal to enjoy right away.
Cooked/cold oatmeal
- Put the plant milk in a pan and heat it until it is warm but not hot. Skip this step if you prefer cold oats.
- Meanwhile, place the oats, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Pour the plant milk over the oats and seasoning and stir. Give the oats a minute to absorb some of the liquid.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. If you want, you can add some toppings to make your oats look super pretty!

Adding the blueberries to the oats in the morning, instead of the night before, will make this already incredible oatmeal even better.

- You can vary this recipe easily by switching up the fruits you use. You could swap the blueberries with some other berries or cherries. Or you could create a more exotic flavor by adding some pineapple.
