This peach nice cream is more than a healthier alternative to regular ice cream; it also provides you with valuable nutrients.

Just one serving helps you meet over 65% of your vitamin C requirement and over 35% of your fiber requirement.

Further, it is rich in vitamin E, B6, copper, zinc, magnesium, and potassium. Pretty cool, right 😃.

The ingredients that make this vegan peach nice cream so healthy:

Peaches are a good source of vitamin C, niacin, vitamin E, vitamin K, and potassium. They are also rich in antioxidants, which help prevent cell damage.

Furthermore, peaches promote healthy digestion and strengthen the immune system. They also support healthy skin and may improve heart health.

Bananas are rich in potassium and magnesium, which are essential nutrients for heart and kidney health as well as for regulating blood pressure.

Further, bananas are satiating, rich in fiber, antioxidants, phytochemicals, and vitamin B6.

Limes are super healthy and extremely nutritious. They contain a lot of antioxidants, boost the immune system, promote iron absorption, and reduce the risk of heart disease and kidney stones.

Limes are particularly rich in vitamin C but also contain iron, calcium, potassium, and vitamin B2.

With all this goodness packed into one serving, what are you waiting for?

Take advantage of the great weather, get a portion of this peach nice cream and sit outside, at the lake, beach or pool, and soak up the sun!☀️

Preparing this delightful peach ice cream takes less than 5 minutes. So, your refreshment is ready whenever you need it.

To make this nice cream, you’ll need

  • 3 big peaches — the pit removed, cut into small pieces and frozen
  • 1/2 banana frozen
  • Juice of one lime

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Usually, this takes about 2-3 minutes but may vary depending on your blender.
  2. Serve nice cream in a bowl.

If you have a blender that doesn’t blend frozen fruits well, purée the fruits fresh. Then, put the nice cream in the freezer for a few hours before enjoying it.

However, to prevent clumping, you may need to stir the nice cream roughly every 30 minutes. Doing so ensures that the nice cream doesn’t freeze too much and hardens.

Alternatively, you can pour it into popsicle molds.

Freezing homemade nice cream may lead to a clumpy mess unless you stir it every 30 minutes or so.

Moreover, if you leave it in the freezer too long, it may harden. If you genuinely can’t finish it, I recommend storing it in the fridge for an hour or two.
